Sisu provides scents of ripe blackberries with a nice round mouth feel and an earthy traditional style. A bit early, but sisu exhibits wonderful depth and a complex, long finish. Give it a year to really turn it on, but if you insist, give it plenty of time to breathe. Josh Raynolds of Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar says "Seductive perfume of blackberry, cherry, violet and spicecake. Sappy, dense and sweet, with silky red berry and floral pastille flavors and a mounting spiciness. This seductive wine finishes with impressive clarity and lingering sweetness."
