i.p.o has a combination of cassis and cola with hints of anise and wild berry. This wine is inviting on the palette with well balanced rich tannins and a creamy finish.
i.p.o. (short for Initial Public Offering), is a nod to Kevin’s business as a financial advisor, and also appropriate since Cabernet is the first fruit harvested from the Jussila property in Paso Robles. Although this blend will likely change a bit in the future, it will always be a core cab offering.
