We love olive oil and thought we’d give it a go. Departing from the crowd, though, we planted eight acres of predominantly French varietal olives, and today, we produce a Provençal field blend comprised of seven varietals. They are Cayon, Grosanne, Cailletier, Picholine, Tanche, Boutillan, and Frontoio.

Although you can find our oil in a few stores and restaurants in California, most is sold in our tasting room or can be purchased online.
